History with a Personal Touch – Establishing a Boutique Winery
In 2012, after some experience of wine production on a small scale, we decided to establish a winery to create quality boutique wines.
We chose to focus on producing red wine with a classic French and Italian orientation while blending varieties. The varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Marselan, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Sangiovese grapes from the Bin Nun vine-yard. We also grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Syrah in Giv’at Yesga’ahu- Judean hills by a leading winegrower.
The wine is produced in a meticulous process that begins in stainless steel tanks brought from Italy and continues with traditional aging and enhancement in French oak barrels. The use of natural production processes allows us to turn the grape must into fine wine of high quality.

Kashrut – Every stage of production is carried out devotedly by religious Jews, supervised by Rabbi Shlomo Naftali of the Gezer Regional Council.
Music and Arts – As musicians who have been playing from childhood, we found our unique and harmonious combination of love for jazz and passion for free improvisation with respect for classic musical tradition. Just as we experience the magic in music and continue to play, learn, and improvise, so our vision at the winery revolves around the passion for producing unique, quality, tantalizing wines. We are committed to producing the best wine with a local identity, elegant, and balanced flavor that integrates fruity aromas with delicate, velvety seasoning originating in the oak barrels.
Winemaking in the winery is consistently combined with music, which inspires joie de vivre in everyone. The winery hosts top jazz artists for performances in a series entitled “Jazz in the Vineyard,” which takes place at the winery area and in the vineyard in a magical and intimate atmosphere.
