The blend consists of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Marselan, 16% Merlot, and 8% Sangiovese from our vineyards in the Judean Hills region. This wine pays tribute to the Marsalis family, known as “the first family of jazz.” The grapes were carefully hand-harvested and underwent classic fermentation, followed by an aging process of 10-12 months, enhancing the wine’s freshness and aromatic richness. It is a refreshing and ready-to-enjoy wine with a medium body and a pleasing finish. The wine’s flavor profile is well-balanced, featuring notes of strawberry, plum, and black cherry.
