Blend in the French-Bordeaux style Cabernet 37% and Merlot 63%. All the grapes from one site of the Bin Nun vineyard.

Harvest is hand-picked, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. A balanced, pleasant wine that will continue to improve for five years.

This series is the first produced by wineries in the amount of only 3000 bottles, therefore each bottle is numbered.
